How I look after your information
Last updated November 2026.
Who I am
Centre Stage Arts is run by Helena Panayis, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. I’m responsible for any personal information you give me through this website. You can contact me at helena@centrestage-arts.com.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the student’s age, the service you’re interested in and your message. If you message me on WhatsApp, I receive your phone number and messages through WhatsApp. I don’t use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
Why I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and run lessons or theatre bookings. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, once lessons are agreed, the steps needed to provide them.
Children’s information
Most of my students are under 18. I ask that a parent or guardian contacts me on a younger student’s behalf, and I only collect the student information I need to plan their lessons.
Who sees it
Your details are not sold or shared for marketing. They’re stored with the companies that provide my website hosting and email, which process them on my behalf. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, and records of lessons for as long as needed for accounts and tax, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how I use it. Just email me. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
