Centre Stage was founded in 2006 by Helena Panayis. Centre Stage speech and drama classes were set up to provide a platform for children who wish to explore drama and express their individuality. Drama unlocks the imagination, improves self esteem and boosts confidence. Evidence of this can be seen not only in dramatic performance techniques but also in every day life.
Children of all ages and abilities are welcome to join Centre Stage speech & drama classes. Happy and confident is how all parents would like their children to feel and be. At Centre Stage we aim to help young people develop and realise their maximum potential in a fun and friendly environment.
Helena Panayis is a qualified speech & drama facilitator holding the LLAM Licentiate Teachers Certification, awarded by LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art). Helena has always felt a deep appreciation towards the arts. Performing since her youth, she continues to dedicate herself to her passion and enjoys performing and teaching children of all ages and abilities.
