During this training, acting and theatre techniques are used to strengthen team dynamics, build morale, encourage compassion and acceptance, and improve active listening and speaking skills in a relaxed and friendly environment.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe day consists of team-building and communication-focused activities such as trust exercises, theatre games, improvisation sessions, and ensemble performances.
