To ensure a productive and comfortable learning environment, we ask all students to adhere to the following dress code:

General Guidelines

  • Comfortable and Non-Restrictive Clothing: Wear clothing that allows freedom of movement, such as leggings, sweatpants, or stretchable athletic wear. Avoid tight, restrictive, or formal attire.
  • Neutral Colours: Opt for neutral or solid colours to minimize distractions and maintain focus. Avoid large logos, bold patterns, or bright, flashy designs.

Footwear

  • Flexible Shoes: Soft-soled shoes, such as jazz shoes, dance sneakers, or plimsolls, are recommended.
  • Barefoot or Socks: Some exercises may require participants to be barefoot or wear non-slip socks for better grounding and balance.

Hair and Accessories

  • Secure Hair: Long hair should be tied back to keep it out of your face and allow clear visibility.
  • Minimal Accessories: Avoid wearing large or dangling jewellery, watches, or other items that may cause distractions or pose safety risks during physical activities.

Additional Tips

  • Layering: Bring layers, such as a light jacket or sweater, as studio temperatures may vary.
  • Avoid Strong Scents: Refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or colognes, as some participants may have sensitivities.

By dressing appropriately, you’ll be better prepared to engage fully in physical exercises, improvisation, and other dynamic activities. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a focused coaching session.
