Children are required to attend class wearing the relevant uniform shown below. A Centre Stage T-shirt, soft black jogging pants and soft black shoes are to be worn. Comfortable clothing is ideal as many of the exercises require the children to be active. Furthermore, long hair must be tied back and kept off the face.
